I love how we try to summarize who we are in a 5 sentence paragraph that sounds nifty and makes us look so smart… I can’t even explain who I am. Part of my complex formula is that I have 2 girls (one in who is new to the Earth and one in heaven) and a wonderful husband. Another part is that I have a loving Savior who died so I could live. Those are probably the 2 most important pieces. I also have an English bulldog that is like my child, too. Her name is Stinkie and I’ll give you one guess as to why.
I started this blog as a journal for my second pregnancy, but I imported other posts from blogspot that I wrote before I got married and a little after. A lot of the recent posts are about the pregnancy and the loss of our firstborn, but the rest- family, romance, finance, work, children, and any other random stuff that may come my way- will eventually find it’s way onto these pages. Especially the random stuff. If you read much of it, you’re destined to find some of that. I hope you are entertained and challenged, but most of all I hope you see that life is good and that the “good life” is available to you, too.

I stumbled upon your blog. Due with my first baby in July, a Christian as well, with my own anxieties/joys/ups-and-downs of life, and a husband being sent to overseas (military) missing the birth…it was really neat to read some of your things and know that “I’m not alone” … I just started blogging (http://www.blogger.com/profile/10350957701921488680) but it is somehow comforting to know there are others too with the good and bad of pregnancy and birth and babies.
Thank you for blogging.
